The aim of this course is to provide a simple introduction
to the workings of the mind. Through discovering how adjustments
to these thought patterns can be made, we take a step by step
approach to improving the quality of life, relationships,
health and energy levels.

- Wk 2: mind, intellect, subconscious habits
- Wk 3: limited and unlimited thinking
- Wk 4: 8 personal powers for a positive lifestyle
