The Repair Cafe Surf Coast is back and will be reopening its doors on Sunday, December 6th at the Anglesea Memorial Hall, from 10 am to 1 pm.
Bookings are not required, but there is a 20 person limit with COVID safe measures in place.
Repairers at this month’s event are skilled in fixing: clothing, textiles, costume jewellery, small electrical and mechanical items and general items – almost anything you can carry to the event.
Repair Cafes are all about fighting the throwaway culture and about connecting people by repairing things together.
You can take your broken and worn-out items to the Repair Cafe and get help from volunteers who have the knowledge, equipment, skills and advice to help fix a range of household items.
Volunteers complete the repair for free, however donations are appreciated.
