Exercise classes for seniors in Anglesea
Exercise is an intrinsic part of good health, particularly as you get older. These weekly classes are conducted by the local physiotherapist, Greg Walsh. The sessions are focused on improving core strength, coordination and balance. To continue the fun, many participants gather for a well deserved coffee after the class.
When, where and how much?
When: Fridays at 9.00am
Where: Classes are held at the Youth Room (Anglesea Memorial Hall) on McMillan Street
How much: $7 per 1 hour session.
