Overview
Exercise is an intrinsic part of good health, particularly as you get older. These weekly classes are conducted by the local physiotherapist, Greg Walsh. The sessions are focused on improving core strength, coordination and balance.
Exercise is an intrinsic part of good health, particularly as you get older. These weekly classes are conducted by the local physiotherapist, Greg Walsh. The sessions are focused on improving core strength, coordination and balance. The sessions contain a range of elements including Core Strengthening and Resistance tasks, Balance and Coordination, Stretching and some Aerobic Warm ups. Equipment is provided but if you have an exercise mat bring it along as a sometimes they are in short supply.
To continue the fun, many participants gather for a well deserved coffee after the class.
When, where and how much?
When: Fridays at 9.00am
Where: Classes are held at the Youth Room (Anglesea Memorial Hall) on McMillan Street
Cost: $10 per 1 hour session.
