This program is uniquely designed for people aged 50+, pre and post natal women, those with injuries and those who prefer gentle exercise. This is a 45 minute full body gentle workout where you can expect to do a mixture of dancing, boxing, aerobic movement, meditation, bodyweight exercises and strength training with dumbbells. Everything is choreographed to the beat of seriously good music – so it’s easy to follow, easy to get results & easy to fall in love with.
